1、 For goods that cannot be placed upside down after replacing the pallet:

1. Use a forklift to place the goods onto the pallet changing machine;

2. Pinch the goods;

3. Flip the pallet and goods together 180 degrees;

4. Release the clamp;

5. Replace the tray;

6. Re clamp the goods;

7. Flip the pallet and goods together again by 180 degrees;

8. Release the clamp;

9. Remove the goods along with the pallet from the pallet changing machine using a forklift.

2、 For goods that can be placed upside down after replacing the pallet:

1. Use a forklift to place the goods onto the pallet changing machine;

2. Place the tray that needs to be replaced on top of the goods;

3. Pinch the goods;

4. Flip the pallet and goods together 180 degrees;;

5. Release the clamp;

6. Remove the original pallet from the top of the goods;

7. Remove the goods along with the pallet from the pallet changing machine using a forklift.
