WFR Series Wrapping/Packing Machine

APPLICATION:

WFR series steel wire Wrapping Machine is mainly used for packing the objects like steel wire，rubber tube, tyre, etc. The wrapped package is well-protected & sealed & looks more tidy.

FEATURES:

To & Fro working mode safe & easy to operate.

The converter is adopted to adjust the overlap of the packing tape according to the requirement.

The ring height could be adjusted for different OD & ID of the package.

The tension of packing tape could be adjusted.

Support-roller & protect-roller are wrapped with polyamide adhesive.

The fix device is adopted for the ending of the adhesive tape.

● When trouble occurs, the machine automatically alarms and shows the error items.

● PLC system will automatically calculate the wrapping circles and tape length by imputing the OD.Width & correcting parameter

● the overlap rate and material tension could be adjusted                 

● The ring height could be adjusted fro different object ID &OD

● Anti-wear polyurethane is adopted for the friction wheel, ring with integral mould structure.

● Synchronous wrapping (two kinds of wrapping material working together) is available

● Support-roller & protect-roller are wrapped with polyamide adhesive.

● Wide-width wrapping tape can be adopted to improve work efficiency.
